I also gave up after reading AFFC about a decade ago, with the intention of picking the series back up once the next book had released.

But at this point he’d have to finish the entire series before I’d even consider going back. And I doubt he’ll ever do that. I think eventually they’ll just get someone else to finish it.

Might make it more bearable if you’re not already using it. But it’s still annoying even then.

I was also thinking of NecroDancer. For most players (including myself) the game is already difficult without these extra challenges.

If you have an iOS device and AirPods you can actually do this.

On another related note, I wish I could use my earbuds to listen to two devices at the same time. Like my phone and my Steam Deck.

“Preparation purist” is wrong. You don’t boil the tea, you steep it in hot water. For some teas, like black tea, you usually boil the water before pouring it over the tea, but other types of tea use water that isn’t as hot (e.g. around 70-80°C for green tea).

Also, if you actually want to be an ingredient purist, tea must be made from the leaves of Camellia sinensis (or a closely related species).

When WhatsApp got popular in Europe it wasn’t owned by Facebook yet, they only acquired it after it was already the ‘default’ messaging app.

I’ve found some and it sucks if the one game that doesn’t work well is one you play a lot. For me it’s Trackmania. It works some of the time but often breaks. It seems like the issue isn’t with the game itself but with Ubisoft Connect, which is pretty shit even on Windows. Very annoying.

Edge also uses Chromium. If you want to avoid that then Firefox (including derivatives like LibreWolf, Waterfox or SeaMonkey) and Safari are pretty much your only options.
