I’d have to think RPM Fusion is comparable to the AUR, no? I’ve never used Arch btw, but I do know Fedora pretty well.

I have an old Fedora book which still has a Fedora 15 disk in it! Helped me realize on old PC’s to burn the ISO onto a DVD for installation instead of finding a work around for not having a USB boot option in the BIOS.
I’ve been really liking the KISS Launcher, it’s power is in it’s simplicity. It also looks relatively comparable with Smart Launcher. What’s super impressive about the KISS Launcher is that 93% of users that try it for a week are still active users after 3 years! So definitely worth a gander for sure.
I’d say I’m one (1) eldritch scientist + Sat[censored]art
So Ubuntu has a version called Lubuntu, which used to come with LXDE, but now it comes with LXQt. So this will require you to install LXDE with the tasksel command, unless you start with Ubuntu desktopless. But I’d say to definitely check out Kubuntu, it’s the KDE version, and I feel like KDE and LXDE are quite similar. Both have an older windows overall appearance.
Ever pop your ears when going up a mountain or during flight? This is air pressure changes. Either way, water tight does not mean air tight, while air tight does mean water tight assuming the material is not water soluble.
I’d recommend https://privatebin.info, https://toptal.com/developers/hastebin, or https://rentry.co. All are open source and awesome replacement options. PrivateBin is a software package you download, while the other two are webapps.
Use latlong.net/convert-address-to-lat-long.html, life saver with osmand+!
Overtime now, wild game really!
Is there an F-Droid repository for the app by chance? I’ve been struggling to find it.
When I say “don’t think of a panda”, what do you think of? Pretty much the same thing with saying “don’t recommend me FOSS options” lol
Classic example of judging a book by it’s cover I guess. The fact big tech is embracing open source software more and more, you’d think this assessment should no longer be the case.
Even without being a programmer, associating Free Software with a MASSIVE purchase is bonkers.
I’ve used only OSMAnd+ for years, the biggest trick is to get the latitude and longitude coordinates via https://www.latlong.net for your destination. As far as timing, I’ve never experienced longer routes. There are settings to indicate which route types you prefer, but you can also see the different routes to get to the same place and choose accordingly.
I use JabRef which is another open sourced bibliography tool. I use it regularly and truly have no clue what I’d do without it at this point!
Both those fools took tax dollars when they didn’t qualify!
Or attack helicopter?
Graphenes PDF Viewer is a good option.
OSS Weather has decent radar for rain and solid stats in the home screen too. There’s three different sources for weather data you can select, so I’d bet one will be better than the others for radar mapping.
Ya, RPM Fusion is handled by a 3rd party I’m pretty sure. But I was thinking more along the lines of what software is available though.
