I’ve had CenturyLink (this time) for 7 years and for the entirety of that time I’ve been on a flat rate plan that is the same charge every month with all taxes and fees included.

I can’t imagine how this needs to be difficult.

They’ve recruited a lot of volunteers from various places around the world who could individually have some legal exposure I suppose but yes… It’s a bit disappointing overall.
