Apparently, I perceive the world in a manner so alien to everybody else that people cannot or will not understand.
The definition of insanity is doing the same thing over and over again and expecting different results.
I have read that the admins here are slow to respond to account deletion requests, so this will have to do.
Today, I regain a little bit of my sanity.

11·2 years agoLinguistic elitists—for example, people who shout that “the Blacks don’t speak good English” or who get pissed off that “I could care less” is an idiom that exists.
I was a linguistics major in college and, sorry not sorry, language is malleable and it changes over time. You can’t stop it. Look the French—the Académié Française can try to legislate the language all they want, but nobody says la coussin de sécurité, they just say l’airbag.
