Main Fediverse accounts:
Avatar is a bunny with floppy rabbit ears, and spare rabbit ears. It is holding a floppy disk featuring Lemmings, and there is a screen of ZX Spectrum Lemmings in the background.
Fork in my left hand and knife in my right hand
That’s the normal way for right-handed people! If there’s no knife then fork goes in the right hand.
I think there are a few game specific ones. I run !lemmings@lemmings.world
I used to use K9 long time ago, but had issues with notifications not working properly. I’ve been using something not FOSS which was OK but I wasn’t 100% happy with. After reading about FairEmail on another thread the other day, I’ve now adopted that and so far it is working great. It has way too many options though!
Pretty sure I’ve had “click all bicycles”, with a bicycle drawing on the road.
Please no.
It depends.
One which has communities on that you like will make your “local” feed more relevant. (have a look at !specialized_instances@kbin.social)
One which has a domain you like might appeal.
Otherwise, given you can subscribe to anything on any instance, it doesn’t really matter.
You can work it out yourself by looking at my instance name.
Thank you!
Ten? Across Lemmy, Kbin, Mastodon, Funkwhale and Bookwyrm. Some of them are just for bots/admin. I have one personal account I use on each service. They all have different names and avatars to cause confusion.
I used to use them, then they hiked my ultra cheap deal up by 700%, so screw them.
codenames.game - I think it supports the duel (2 player) version.
Lots of 2 player games on yucata.de too (and BGA which has already been mentioned)
Somebody on here suggested Weawow, so I’ve been using that recently, along with BBC Weather and Openweather.
There’s an open source equivalent at https://codidact.com/
Fair point. It’s due to be open source but isn’t yet, I forgot.
Connect for Lemmy !lemmyconnect@lemmy.ca
PixelFed is your best bet if you’re looking for an Instagram alternative.
I use Bitwarden for 2FA and the Bitwarden TOTP is in Aegis (I switched there from Authy after seeing a mention of it yesterday - never liked that it’s near impossible to get the tokens back out of Authy, but Bitwarden is the only thing I use it for). Actually the Bitwarden code is in Bitwarden too 😉.
I don’t particularly like that the passwords and TOTP are stored together, but it makes things much more convenient.
Actually this one’s on Mastodon at @firstdogonthemoon@aus.social
I like Audacious. It does everything I need it to do and doesn’t have an oversized webesque GUI.
Harmoniod looks nice but I think the GUI would annoy me (pretty as it is). I might try it out though.
