Haha, I took this post as motivation to finally use up those frozen bananas I had. Now I have banana bread muffins in my freezer instead. It’s a good upgrade if you ask me.
Make banana bread for friends or neighbors?
There’s tons of different kinds of bread, cheese, deli meat, spreads, nuts, fruit and vegetables that you can easily make a different combination every day for a while. And you could pack a lunchbox that is enough to feed you for the day and leave leftovers at home.
Streets usually have a higher density of residential buildings and stores along them, while roads connect between the populated areas, and typically lead through mountains, fields or forests.
It may be the exact moment that the horse tears open a bag of grain, spilling it’s contents. Not sure though.
Yeah sure. Maybe you could make the argument that humans should leave stuff like that for other scavengers who need the nutrients to survive, and instead opt for plant foods. But at those edge scenarios you would then also have to take into account the impact that plant agriculture has on wildlife. It’s quite possible that scavenging and gathering is the most vegan option, but seeing how it’s neither viable for a lot of people nor something that often comes up in daily life, it’s easier to just generalize vegan food as plant based.
I think that may have been a joke.
People don’t just block others for “shaking up their world view”, lots of blocks happen because of harassment, rude behavior, etc. Taking away one of the few tools to stop harassment is insane.
I’m a bit out of the loop, is there a video of this outburst/ tantrum still online?
Demon Hunter: Kimetsu no Pikmin
Some of the pikmin on PNF-404 have been turned into cannibalistic demon versions of themselves. Captain olimar needs to find a cure for their curse, and defend his pikmin from attacks. I’d play it.
Why aren’t you wearing glasses?
Ok sure, but a fair justice system should differentiate between intentionally killing someone and accidentally causing a death, right? Giving the same punishment to someone who kills their spouse because they cheated vs. someone who lost control of their car and crashed into a pedestrian would be extremely weird.
Maybe not necessarily the dairy cow herself, but she needs to be pregnant about once per year so she doesn’t stop producing milk. That means that the calves inevitably need to be slaughtered (as well as older dairy cows) or else the herd would keep growing year after year.
You should look up the definition of murder. Murder requires intent, otherwise it’s manslaughter.
Nah, you don’t necessarily need lab grown or fake meat to have a healthy delicious varied vegan diet. Legumes like chickpeas, different kinds of beans and lentils as well as soy products can provide enough protein and variety if you put some effort into your cooking. You do need B12 supplements on a vegan diet though, as well as some specific nuts and seeds to cover omega 3. So those can be a problem if there’s not a lot of variety in the stores near you and you can’t order it online for whatever reason.
What would be a good indicator then if not sentience?
Plants aren’t sentient though, that’s a pretty good reason to put them lower on the hierarchy of living beings that are morally ok to eat. And it’s quite likely that fewer plants die for a vegan diet than for a standard diet, as animals need a lot of feed to produce meat, eggs and dairy. Some percentage of the plant protein, fats, and carbs will always be lost along the way when we feed them to animals, so eating those plants directly is more efficient.
Peanuts are legumes and don’t really fall under the same category of allergy as tree nuts. There’s a good chance that you can eat peanuts just fine, unless you have observed an allergic reaction to them of course https://acaai.org/allergies/allergic-conditions/food/tree-nut/
