7·2 years agoRight-clicked on the link, copied link, went to archive.org, pasted link into wayback machine, selected most recent (in this case only) snapshot.
As you can imagine, it doesn’t work if archive.org hasn’t archived the link yet.
With Redhat going kinda closed-source, will its derivatives like Fedora remain viable?
Don’t remember how Canonical shit the bed, but I’m wary of using Ubuntu derivatives.
What would you recommend for a distro that keeps on top of security updates and is at least acceptable in terms of running games like AoE2 DE or The Outer Worlds?

Btw: I just constructed this word based on my native speaker intuition. I doubt that you can find it in a dictionary, because it’s not something one would force into a single word. A more natural way to say what you mean would be “Leute, die (hier) (auch) Schadenfreude empfinden”, which translates to “people who (also) feel Schadenfreude (here)”.

Easy. Kbin/lemmy admins actually listen to their users, unlike spez and his cronies. The asshole can move to their own instance and continue there, but that might get them defederated.
1·2 years agoWriting a cookie and reading it back should work just fine even in incognito mode. It just gets deleted once incognito is closed.
I should have edited my comment. What doesn’t work yet is sending a private message to someone on another instance.
