I’m currently using it as my daily driver (and typing this reply using it) , it’s great but +100MB of size for a keyboard is… unfavorable to me
AFAIK Google earn money from android by its apps being pre-installed on phones , so it’s up to phones’ companies to decide this … I’m personally afraid of selling Android to a company that close source it

Unfortunately alternative are closed source (ADM , IDM ) , I’ve heard that free download manager was open source but even if it’s still , I won’t recommend it because it was reported that it redirected Linux users to malicious links
I’ve always found download managers to be faster in browsers in downloading

Well the only thing you would get from a Syrian VPN server is no ads on Meta - YouTube and a few other apps , otherwise you’d need a VPN for the VPN to use things that aren’t available here … like: indeed (jobs) , Netflix , Gitlab , linktree , Google play (mostly works but sometimes need a VPN ) and other things I can’t remember
Whenever I know that a podcast has a specific number of episodes I just wonder: what to do after finishing it? especially if I really get interested in it?.. so what do you do in this case?
