Fair point. In my workplace, I’ve never seen it being used by someone who needed it. It is either taken by people who prefer it or when the other two stalls are filled up. Understand your point though.
Yea, I think it makes sense for them to stop if they are getting a return on their investment.
Yea, fair point.
I’m honestly blown away that Nestle stopped or reduced advertising. It seems like twitter is exactly the home for such a terrible company.
Got you covered!
“A 2013 global study on homicide by the United Nations Office on Drugs and Crime found that men account for an average of 95% of all persons convicted of homicide”
They can, but you are 7.5 times more likely to be murdered by a man.

I think it comes down to how you learn. I’ve found programming books useful because I tend to learn quickly from books. I know others do not. Regardless, if I’m reading a programming book, it is usually nearby a computer where I can try stuff out. At the end of the day, the time at the keyboard will be time well spent when learning a language.
Firefox I believe does. If you right click on a link, it says something like “copy link without tracking”. It should do away with queries in the URL, but I’m not completely sure.

I don’t think a grassroots revolution will be taking place anytime soon, but this is aimed at the young people of Russia who are against the war. The old people there love Putin but I suspect they also aren’t watching YouTube.
While I understand people’s initial reaction to think this is a positive thing, I don’t believe it is. The less free speech and media the Russian people have access to, the more control Putins propaganda machine has.
It passed 91-3. Our representatives are ignorant dinosaurs who don’t understand the internet or how it works. I already contacted both my senators. I plan to contact my house members before they make this abomination into a law. I encourage everyone to do the same.
“We don’t want to punish users of alternative OSes, but there’s really no other option at the moment,” Wilden added before his blunt conclusion. “Play Integrity has absolutely no way to guess whether a given custom OS completely subverts the Android security model.”
Then don’t. Allow the user to choose what to do with their device and shut the fuck up and get out of the way. You are punishing users for using alternative OSes. That is exactly what you are doing.
So far so good. I’m hoping as I age it doesn’t come back quite as bad.
As a kid I was on all the things. I was on inhalators 2-4 times a day and even went to asthma camp (yep, you heard right). When I got older, my asthma naturally lessened so I was a Flovent guy until my insurance stopped covering it. Moved to advair (it is the same medicine as Flovent with something else added) at 220 twice a day. Mostly symptom free.
