This is hilarious…

“Female” is a slur or something? What?
Haven’t seen any ETA personally, but did see the dev made a post using the app so we’re probably getting close
The twitter/musk posts are getting large amount of upvotes so just figured that’s why people keep posting.
That’s what we had thought too. Also the fact that it was a really generic looking red plus sign. How can someone trademark a symbol used by everyone? I guess if it wasn’t red, it would have been fine. There was a lot of scoffing going on in clinic.
My vet clinic I work at was contacted by Red Cross some years ago damanding that we change our logo becuase it had a red plus sign in it. It was the most ridiculous thing. How did they even find out about us? we are no big time clinic, only people in our city are going to know who we are. We had that logo for a long, long time. It was just bizarre.
If you want to cross post to different communities, then maybe, but cross posting to all the other technology communities seems awfully redundant and spammy. With how lemmy works, if someone is subscribed to one technology community, they’re likely subscribed to others.
What I’m finding and what’s really annoying, is that every streaming service out there has like 1 or 2 shows and a couple of movies I want to see. Someone will bring up a show, but oh sorry, it’s on Crave. Or nope, that one’s on Disney Plus. That other show? It’s on Prime.
I recently canceled Netflix and moved to Crave, and I am certainly no happier. Thank God I barely care to watch TV as it is.
Looks like someone continuously hitting the suggested words on there cellphone keyboard.
Also, love the analogy.
The only alternatives I’m ever told about is Gimp (which sucks, I don’t care what anyone says) or Krita, which while a good program, is not the same. I also think you have to pay for Krita on Windows, but its free on Linux for some reason.
What else is out there?
The depressing part is watching people go from one jackass to another.
They removed the need for an account to view tweets not long after they implemented it.
As far as I know the rate limit is still in effect though.
Photoshop for me. Yeah I can get it running under Linux, but it keeps crashing, or is buggy.
And no, Gimp is not a good replacement if anyone goes there.
Mine kept looking like it was trying to load but nothing would.
I would rather those other social media site reposts be contained to their own communities, they always looked like such low quality posts to me.
Same with Boost, still working and wasn’t supposed to after July 1st. There was to be no subscription for that app either, so it should have died for sure. So strange.
Instant pot/air fryer combo - I like that I can make one-pot meals in it as I really don’t like cooking, and anything I make in there cooks fast. Pasta, rice, meats, there’s so many recipes.
Bissell Green Machine - it can wash furniture/carpet. Great for spills, if you have pets. Wash the upholstery in your vehicle. Small and compact. I use it a lot.
Large Honeywell air purifier - my husband smokes a fair amount of pot. I really don’t enjoy my space smelling like it all the time. This thing sucks up the smoke and I don’t have to deal with it. I buy the replacement air filters on Amazon.
Steam Deck - I love this thing. I love gaming but I’m tired of sitting at my desktop. It’s like a small handheld computer too, so you can do other things on it besides run Steam. Right now I’m using it to stream CraveTV to my TV since my Raspberry Pi streaming box isn’t working.
What do you do with your pi? I bought one awhile ago to act as a streaming box for my non-smart TV, but for some reason I can’t get the Widevine for DRM to work anymore so I’m not doing anything with it now.
Hmm I see what you mean, yeah the only use for that email would be to get a lost password associated with that username then, it wouldn’t actually get activated.
For and fir for me as well… when does anyone need fir??
