Almost worth it. I spent 20 hours getting home (Florida) from Canada, 36 hours getting home from Tennessee and 15 hours getting home from Colorado. I’m finding more and more that the airlines have little value-add and that doesn’t even include the nightmare that is the TSA .

Pleeeeeeaaasse. It’s just one tiny little private jet and maybe one little tiny pilot to fly me. I hate traveling by air so much. What could be less minor? I think you should reconsider.

I agree but to me some brands cross a line making then especially horrible. I don’t generally boycott products because I would never be able to buy anything if I tried to stick with GOOD companies. But some are so bad I do avoid them.

Tesla Walmart Monsanto ( they were bought by Bayer) Just to name a few of the top of my head. Obviously there is no shortage of truly terrible companies.

I’m not actually worried about my drives. In fact that was kind of the point. I was kidding around because this excuse that the hard drive overheated sounds a little like a car running out of blinker fluid.

Ok, but do you know anyone this has happened to? I don’t and I have some pretty old drives I still use. I tend to just buy more. Also most drives these days are solid state aren’t they? This just feels like a low probability event to me. Overheating RAM or the CPU or GPU, sure, but hard drive?
