Disable automatic updates in the play store. I have them dissbled for all my apps to have better control over what is pushed upon me. I noticed that also stops the Duo icon to change when I was slacking off.

Correct, canceling the trial worked on the Apple TV page, but deleting the account does not work (see my other comment that describes the whole process).

I subscribed Apple Tv+ (free 7 day trial). I just needed to provide my personal data, email address and PayPal data. When I decided to cancel I could cancel the subscription on the Apple TV+ page, but when I wanted to delete the apple account in itself, I was forwarded to accounts.apple.com where I was asked to login first. When I tried this, I needed to enter my 2FA that I got by email and then I had to enter my mobile phone number for another 2FA. After that the screen that you can see in the reddit post comes up and I cannot proceed past it. I tried this process dozens of times with different browsers and configurations to no avail.

If it works, it’s a fine strategy for now. Just keep in mind that it’s just a strategy until you feel more comfortable and confident to set new boundaries that are good for you, too. But maybe they are also just a means to keep the dream in the “being chased and in danger” loop. It’s common to not be able to fully hide and stay in safety in a dream like this, since that would mean the conflict was solved and therefore the dream would cease to be. You probably wouldn’t even have remembered it.
