This tracks. I get Starbucks giftcards (as gifts, not for myself) and typically load them into the app so I can order ahead and spend less time waiting at the store. It pisses me off to no end that when I get to the last dollar or two, I can’t use it without reloading like $20 onto the app. I refuse to do that and lose the money.

People in the comments missing the point completely. The solution to animal cruelty is not human cruelty.

Yes, eating animals is cruel to animals, but meat eating isn’t going away, and being cruel to the people who work in those places isn’t going to stop the industry. It’s just going to physically and mentally harm a lot of underpaid, overworked, poor, immigrant people. People who don’t have healthcare for the injuries they incur working in hazardous places, for corporations who see them as just replaceable parts of a machine. Being harmed working in these plants isn’t going to result in fewer animals dying or better conditions for the animals we kill. It’s just more senseless harm.

Devestating. So much chocolate ruined.

Yeah, I got into a disagreement with someone in a thread once and for a year or two, they’d just message me at random times to yell at me and accuse me of making them suicidal. I eventually blocked them and should have done it sooner. Aside from that, most other messages were just people sharing in game names for multiplayer stuff and Animal Crossing dodo codes.

I’m flat as a crepe when I bind but many men’s button down shirts still don’t fit me because the hips are too narrow. It’s not like I have wide hips either, I’m under 100cm at the widest point of my butt, but if they fit me in the shoulders, they don’t fit me in the hips. I can’t wear women’s button downs either because the chests are always too big and most of them insist on skipping the button between the neck and chest so the wearer has to show cleavage. Ugh. Little gendered things like that in sizing and construction are really bothersome when you fall outside of the binary.

I never moved house as a young child, so I believed that when you wanted to move, you had to go find someone else who wanted to trade houses with you. It seemed like a very difficult process to find a person whose house you wanted but they also wanted yours.

As a kid, I tried very hard to figure out which part of my clitorus the pee came out of. Took a good while to figure out that it didn’t.

I agree, but at the same time, the people who are willing to cross the picket lines are facists. They are desperate to take over any spaces they’re able to and turn those places into hellholes. A bunch of subs are about to be destroyed by right wing nutjobs forcing their way into the top slots. A former T_D mod has already set his sights on aww, which would be the death of a wholesome sub like that.
