Jumped to Lebara once Three started charging for EU roaming. Uswitch have a nice plan with 21GB/month for about £8–9/month. Includes EU roaming. No lock-in or contract. I think it also includes some free minutes to dial EU numbers. Pretty much better in every way.
I think the arkenfox project website has some good info on this. For a good privacy baseline, you basically only need to enable strict mode and download the ublock origin extension, then change some settings for the extension (e.g. add filter lists).
I love the fact that I have no modern annoyances. No cacophony of binging noises to warn me about every small pointless thing: a car passing me, minor speeding, upcoming cameras, a car braking in front, reversing towards an object. Nice and quiet… just the hum of the engine. I don’t think I can drive a ‘new’ car.

If someone just cannot reconcile my lifestyle or some aspect of me to the extent where it becomes an issue for them/me then I just sever ties & move on.
I still takes notes at work meetings. Mostly so that I dont forget what was agreed or what I’m supposed to be doing.
Outside or work, I make tons of lists. I find them really helpful to know what needs doing and what needs prioritising.
Notewise, I use an old fashioned notepad + desktop stickies. For my life lists I use Simple note.

How can you tell?
A Leatherman Squirt PS4 (keychain multitool). I think I only paid about £20 for it back around 2010 (give or take a couple of years). Endlessly useful & still fully functional.
The visor in that suit’s helmet probably just shows ads all the time.
