Yes I am dumb normie. Who has set up for doing things a certain way. I have my cnc plasma tables, my 3d printers and cnc mills. They are essential to my business. I need to be able to run the cad programs, communications and links. I have spent alot of hours already establishing this, learning how to do this. I don’t have time to re learn all this because I “should switch to linux” I don’t have time to learn new cad programs because the ones i use aren’t Linux friendly. Many of us normies just don’t have that spare time to go through the process. I just need something that I know will work.

I gotta give it to you guys. The foresight to prevent a disaster is 10/10. Top tier. Well done.

I absolutely loved my passport. It was smooth, and it was a pleasure to use. the keyboard was amazing. At the time with bb10 os, it could do things android and apple could only dream of. Too bad they shit the bed with damn antenna desoldering it’s self.

I get around it by not 100% relying on it. I only ask about things I’m familiar with but don’t quite remember all the facts details like hydraulic tubing sizes for what series of fitting and their thread pitches. but also don’t feel like finding that one book with the reference. Or worse yet, trying to find it on Google.

I love it. For work I use it for those quick references. In machining, hydraulics, electrical etc. Even better for home, need a fast recipe for dinner or cooking, fuck reading a god damn autobiography to get to the recipie. Chatgpt straight to the point. Even better, I get to read my kid a new bed time story every night and that story I tailored to what we want. Unicorns, pirates, dragons what ever.

Yeah for the unlucky some of us when a cramp hits, nothing helped. Fuck I’ve even tried running up and down stairs at 3am. Doing full stretches etc. Turns out good chance you’re low on magnesium or potassium or maybe Manganese? I don’t remember but the wife shoves one of the 3 in my mouth when she’s had enough of my whining and I’m good for a while with no cramps at night.

You give the word power and meaning by viewing it certain way. To me cuss words have no power they are meaningless. equivalent to a simple filler word. Others around you might give power to cussing, but then why is it your fucking problem that they choose to be simps for a word?
