I would usually go with archwiki to learn most things and then follow distrotube or learnlinuxtv for video and new things.

It can convert to other formats but it requires extra dependencies for it to fully work

It works fine just the text would not be in the same format but the text should be fine

Well understandable , since thats the default look. But KDE is one of the most customizable DE, you could make it look like anything you want.

Rounding corners are still so hard in kde.

Yeah pretty much like mx linux but with ubuntu lts as base.

It should be on the top right menu the option to change the graphics

Which graphic card do you have ?

Maybe because both the intel and nvidia gpu were running
