So they’re supposed to mark the new comments that we’re created less the 10 mins ago. I’m not sure why you’re seeing the other comment highlighted when it’s a few hours old, did you follow a link to that specific comment? If so, that comment will also be highlighted
3·2 years agoYeah, it happened to me few times and I noticed a pattern. I think it’s related to how the community was setup…
Are you setting the language when commenting? Try without it. Also, try the other way if you aren’t setting it.

2·2 years agoI appreciate the thoughtful response and agree - no need for a knee jerk reaction when there is still some time until a decision needs to be made, and there are still quite a few unanswered questions.

I don’t think I’ve seen it anywhere on Android, but I really recommend to every user to install the web app of your home instance as well (chrome -> settings -> install app). It may not be as slick or pertormant as an app, but it’s a solution for every functionality that doesn’t exist in your favorite app.
Him and Ruud, the Lemmy.world owner are the biggest celebrities we have around here
