Everyone use to rip on Water World in the 90’s but I loved that movie as a kid and will eagerly watch it now if I see it streaming
I really like Costner’s The Postman as well. Both films got way more hate than they deserved.
Kung Fury, love it! So bad it’s great!
It’s not bad, the word you’re looking for is hammy.
It’s done like that on purpose, it’s completely aware that it’s going out of its way to make fun of the 80s.
Hmmm I’m not sure if I would classify intentionally bad movies as being in the same category of movies that were so bad they were good. But maybe it’s just a slight semantic difference.
Independence Day or Armageddon. Both scientifically ridiculous, trope-heavy, super predictable plot, but hella fun to watch lol.
Nothing can ever beat The Room for me.
I’ve watched it 3 times, once me and friends watched the disaster artist and the room right after. (For the loorrrreee)
I can genuinely say that the room is much better than the disaster artist lol.
Iron Sky or The VelociPastor.
After losing his parents, a priest travels to China, where he inherits a mysterious ability that allows him to turn into a dinosaur. At first horrified by this new power, a hooker convinces him to use it to fight crime. And ninjas.
Any of the ten Ernest movies. So so SO stupid, so so funny.
Why is it so hard to find Ernest goes to camp streaming anywhere
Ask Vern.
Hell Comes to Frogtown.
It’s an eighties B-movie starring Rowdy Roddy Piper that has a very “started out as a porno before they realized it was even too cheesy and ridiculous for eighties porn and turned it into a sci-fi flick” quality to it, but I love the shit out of that movie and will happily watch it over and over again.
Also, the Super Mario Bros movie. Not the new one, the nineties shitfest with Bob Hoskins and John Leguizamo.
Definitely “Shoot 'Em Up”. The plot is absolute nonsense and I love it. Plus Clive Owen kills a guy with a carrot.
Joe Dirt.
Convoy
Motel Hell
Scooby Doo 1 and 2 live action.
Strange Wilderness
The Fortress (1992) with Christopher Lambert.
