Blackout curtains help a lot from my experience. I have a hard time falling asleep and staying asleep to begin with and those make a big difference with or without an offset sleep schedule.
Melatonin can also help with sleep duration/quality but its also easy to become dependent on it to fall asleep so not ideal for long term.
Any popular posts that involve a minority/enemy of right wingers doing something bad or sticking out get brigaded. A blatant example is PublicFreakout where threads are usually fairly normal unless it’s a black/arab/Indian person doing the antagonizing then pretty much all the top comments are dog or regular whistles. Similar “brigading” can happen even in a city subreddit similar to r/Canada even if they are regular users otherwise. If the post is good enough fodder the subreddit will suddenly resemble a klan meetup even if it’s usually otherwise “normal”.
ActualPublicFreakout is an alternative that doesn’t need brigading because it’s already similar to WorldNews.
Are you sure it was previously deleted stuff? I thought the same thing had happened to me but it was due to subreddits being private at the time of deletion then later coming out of private (some weeks or months later) preventing those then privated posts/comments from being deleted. I think running another automated tool again should do the trick at this point.
OpenBoard. Has what I need in terms of customization and I can turn off word prediction/correction (not sure if it even has it to begin with). Used to use Swiftkey several years ago but i like OpenBoard more nowadays.
That looks correct to me. Try doing a Ctrl+F5 on the theme selection page in settings for it to show up in the dropdown if you haven’t done that.
You need to put the .css file directly into the extra_theme folder. As for documentation and how to make them I didn’t find much myself so I did some trial and error with another person’s custom theme. I’ve got some commented stuff at the bottom of our instance’s theme if that’s of any help.
Im on AMD so can’t help with that
Just made the switch to Nobara Linux on my desktop and ill probably go with Mint on my ancient laptop tomorrow. My only hang up was games but it seems like compatibility is a lot better nowadays so hopefully I can fully switch over. Same for windows only programs and Wine.
Another workaround is hiding the voting arrows in settings
I believe it’s US-only for now
Aliexpress is basically amazon with longer shipping time in my experience. Each seller has their own store rating similar to ebay so as long as you exercise judgement ie. Dont buy from brand new stores with 0 feedback or things that are too good to be true and avoid certain things like batteries and storage media unless you know exactly what you’re buying you should be fine. I’ve bought a lot of stuff from there (mostly electronics) and haven’t had bad experiences
I think philosophy is probably the closest substitute for religion/spirituality so some sort of education in that.

My pick for best chiptune track
They can just phrase it a little differently and argue semantics in front of a bunch of 70 year olds who don’t know what a browser is in a hearing or two. Maybe a couple campaign contributions through completely legal channels and that’s that. Anti trust enforcement has been falling in the US for decades.
I get the same as the main post. Either way the point still stands. I had someone correct me with a misconception about something because he googled it and thats what it said in the answer box. It’s getting increasingly difficult to rely on search results especially when google synthesizes them into questions and answers with little context
we didn’t ‘sell’ the monoblock, but rather auctioned it for charity due to a miscommunication
I don’t think you’re making the point you think you’re making
Well, I was still using nicotine at the time and coffee and smoking/vaping is just a powerful combination that made it harder to quit either. Despite quitting the former because nicotine addiction and putting stuff in your lungs is not good in general, I still like the buzz of coffee. Also, being able to power through a workday on very little sleep comes in handy a lot for me.
I think it would be incredibly hard to get people to switch without a compelling reason. Keep in mind that our modern keyboard layout is 150+ years old despite alternatives existing. Arabic letters are very close to English ones in sound but the readability suffers for me at least because it’s written in cursive with a lot of very similar-looking shapes (think of an i with 1 dot on top and an i with 2 dots being 2 separate letters) necessitating bigger font sizes.
English is about half of the internet and the modern lingua franca so unless it gets replaced or evolves over time, either of which would take decades, I don’t think any central body could make that change.
